Tasting Notes:
Aged 6 months if French oak (500L) and 24 months in the bottle.
Lemon yellow colour. Aromas of ripe stone fruit with notes of almonds and vanilla. Creamy entry, stone fruit, citrus and minerality with good acidity and nerve. Slightly salty and long finish. Lingering.
