Fermented in used and new French oak barrels and also in stainless steel vats, has its origin in 40-year-old vineyards. It’s a rich and concentrated white, yet with much precision in its citric fruit and minerality. Ages well in bottle for 5 to 10 years and it pairs perfectly with fish and vegetarian dishes.
