Pale yellow with white gold highlights. Good effervescence when pouring. Nose: complex with a rather discreet first nose mixing fruity notes (citrus fruits), then slowly opening with oral and vegetal notes. Palate: beautiful balance combining liveliness and thickness with stone fruit flavours (plum, quince). Finish reminiscent of the nose in terms of aromas, with a beautiful length.
