Our 2016 Platine Blanc is translucent, white straw color, reminiscent of the cool, mild growing season of this vintage. The nose welcomes you with honeysuckle, fresh stone fruit, caramelized pear and a hint of mint. The palate blends together Semillon's signature clean minerality with Sauvignon Blanc's unique lemon zest and meringue notes. A subtle kiss of oak lingers on the lengthy finish.
