The passion for this land, the link with the origins of the family, accompanied the choice of Otello Fabiani when in 1975 he bought the farm in the prestigious area of ​​Castagneto Carducci, at the time still at the dawn of what will be an area between best suited for the production of great wines. La Cipriana is the third winery born in this area whose first bottle dates back to 1978.
